Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals remain intact for health and safety compliance.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
